Dress Code
Main Level of the Clubhouse (Banquet Spaces: East Dining, Ballroom, West Dining, and Living Room)
- Smart casual attire is permitted on the main level of the Clubhouse which includes slacks, collared shirts, sweaters, and jackets when appropriate, Bermuda length shorts, skirts, and dresses of similar length. No blue denim jeans allowed.
Dining Rooms: Courtland-Ross Bar Room, East Porch, South Porch, West Porch, West Patio and Pool Bar Area
- In addition to Main Level attire, appropriate golf and racquet attire is permitted on the Porches, West Patio and Pool Bar Area. No blue denim jeans allowed.
Dining Rooms: Pelton’s Pub & Pub Patio
- In addition to Main Level attire, appropriate golf and racquet attire is permitted on the Porches, West Patio and Pool Bar Area. Blue denim jeans ARE allowed.
Cell Phones
Except in cases of an emergency, cell phone audible use is only permitted in rest rooms, private meeting rooms, locker rooms, telephone booths, fitness center, and Kids’ Club. Cell phones are permitted at the pool and on the golf course if they are not disturbing others or slowing the pace of play. Visual use of cell phones is permitted throughout the Clubhouse and on all Porches, audible use is prohibited in these areas. Cell phones must be kept on silent or vibrate in all locations.
Smoking
Defined by Ohio law, smoking is permitted on the Pub Patio between the fire pit and the 9th fairway, as well as the golf course and golfing outdoor facilities. Smoking is prohibited in all other locations on property. Where smoking is permitted, please be courteous towards others.
Parking Services
Valet parking is available at the front entrance during the evening. Please pull around the front circle. Self parking is available in our main parking lot.
Bag Drop
Golf Bags can be dropped off at the front entrance and our staff will assist you in getting them to the Pro Shop.
